If you are not fully satisfied with its quality, we kindly request that you follow the instructions below. Below are only some of the most important regulations concerning the rights and obligations of the Consumer and the Seller. All regulations concerning implied warranty are included in our Terms and Conditions. Specific information on your rights under the implied warranty is available for your perusal.


  1. The Seller shall be liable to the Consumer for the goods sold in accordance with the principles of implied warranty stipulated in the Civil Code.
  2. The Seller's liability under the implied warranty shall apply if a defect of the goods is found within two years from the issue of the item to the Consumer or – for used items – within one year from the issue of such item. The Consumer's claim for defect rectification shall expire after the lapse of one year from the date on which the defect was found, but not earlier than the periods specified in the preceding sentence.
  3. For goods with shelf life expiring two years after the issue of the item to the Consumer, the Seller shall be liable under the implied warranty for the physical defects of such item found before the lapse of this period.
  4. A physical defect shall mean an inconsistency of the item sold with the Contract.
  5. If a physical defect is found before the lapse of one year from the issue of the item, it shall be deemed that the defect existed at the time at which the risk was transferred to the Consumer. If a defect is found after the lapse of one year from the issue of the item, the obligation to demonstrate that the product was defective at the time of purchase shall rest on the Consumer.
  6. If the item sold is defective, the Consumer may submit a statement with a demand to reduce the price, submit a statement on withdrawal from the Contract, demand that the product be replaced with a defect-free product or demand that the defect be rectified.
  7. The Consumer may not withdraw from the Contract if the defect is a minor defect.
  8. Where possible, the Seller recommends that the defective goods be submitted complete with a description of their inconsistency with the Contract.
  9. The Seller shall address the Consumer's claim within 14 (fourteen) days. Otherwise, it shall be deemed that the Seller has found the statement or demand of the Consumer to be legitimate.
  10. If the price is reduced, the proportion between the reduced price and the price stipulated in the Contract shall be the same as the proportion between the value of defective items and the value of defect-free items.
  11. The Seller shall replace the defective item with a defect-free item or rectify the defect within a reasonable period without undue inconvenience to the Consumer.
  12. The Seller's liability under the implied warranty shall be excluded if the contracts are concluded with Customers that are not Consumers as defined in Article 221 of the Civil Code, in accordance with Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code.
  13. If the Seller conceals the defect, the lapse of the period shall not exclude the rights under the implied warranty.

Since 15 February 2016, the Consumer may also use out-of-court complaint and claim resolution methods by means of the ODR platform in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 524/2013 of 21 May 2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Regulation on consumer ODR).

    To use the additional option of the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning online purchases, the Consumer may also file their complaint using the online ODR platform of the EU, available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

    The objective of the ODR platform is to enable fair, out-of-court, effective and swift online resolution of disputes between Consumers and traders relating to contractual obligations under online sales or service contracts between consumers resident and traders established in the Union.
